Several years of people management experience, I am enthusiastic with a high energy level and enjoy a fast-paced environment. I thrive on making significant improvements that positively impact employee morale, customer service, and the bottom line. Have a strong drive to help others and am involved in mentoring 2 junior managers. Accomplished in many phases of back-office operations, which include payment processing, AML, vendor management, title & lien processing, risk, contract negotiations with third parties, customer service support, production management, operational process improvements, research, reconciliation, treasury cash management, ACH, lockbox and credit card processing. Have extensive experience in budgeting, cost reduction initiatives, and project management. Teachers Federal Credit Union - Current role includes the development of a more robust Vendor Management Program working with all divisions within the organization. JPMorgan Chase - Vice President: Former responsibilities included the oversight of over 30 high-risk outside service providers for the Chase Auto Finance Division. Performed on-site reviews at vendor locale. Worked closely with Risk, Compliance, Business Units, IT, and Sourcing Departments to ensure third-party providers adhered to contract specifications. Prior responsibilities included managing 150+ employees within the operational, reconciliation, payment & payoff, research, executive complaints, lease & loan servicing, official check disbursements, and cash management support areas. Consistently exceeded production and timeliness standards while reducing expenses and improving customer satisfaction scores.
