I am a seasoned consulting and technology executive turned certified leadership and career coach, with proven experience shaping leadership strategy, building executive capability, and guiding global business transformation.My career spans more than two decades as a Partner/Principal and Global Technology Officer at EY, where I led enterprise-wide technology and cultural transformations across highly regulated industries. I managed $100M+ investment portfolios, drove digital modernization of the global Audit practice, and partnered with the Executive Committee to embed leadership behaviors that strengthened organizational identity and performance. Along the way, I mentored senior leaders who advanced into Partner and C-suite roles, which sparked my passion for leadership development.Today, I bring that experience to my coaching practice.
