   Complete assigned project(s) from ramp-up to completion; planning and executing the projects within the terms of the signed agreement ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Track and schedule technicians as part of a larger group of vendors that run networking infrastructure and servicing ATMs across the US. Host daily ATM status meeting with stakeholders including the client, real estate project managers, deployment, engineering, security, and other internal entities. Spent four months learning the cadence of the JPMC Community project, including scheduling technicians and monthly billing procedures. Process Improvement Achievements: Began tracking revisits within the first week of starting because this was the area where I was able to make an almost immediate impact. The goal was to reduce costs and understand the greatest risk to on-time delivery. Advocated for making note of the ceiling height for cabling projects so that we knew whether a lift or larger ladder would be needed. The additional cost of the entire project was shared by all parties, so making this a formal part of the process would have been practical and reduced the number of revisits. Co-created a process to migrate billing details from Comm-Works into JPMC SmartSheets thus eliminating need to manually enter. Analysis completed prior to upload to ensure the accuracy of data and data integrity. Developed workflow to add relevant information to a group calendar to make it easy to visualize the number of projects happening on any given day. The goal was to communicate site-specifics to after-hours engineers who work directly with technicians on-site. It provided a method for everyone to visually identify how many jobs were at any time on any given day.
