A master storyteller and trailblazer, Margaret Mardirossian is the founder and executive producer of Anaïd Productions and oversees all aspects of Anaïd’s creative affairs.Margaret has produced multiple seasons of diverse television series, including the Gemini award-winning live action children\'s series, Mentors (Family Channel), the original unscripted series, Taking It Off (Life Network) which was also featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and the internationally acclaimed X‑Weighted (Slice) and The Liquidator (OLN). She is currently the executive producer on Hoarder House Flippers (HGTV), Ness Murby: Transcending (AMI) and Hip Hop My House (MTV International/ Paramount+)Margaret’s additional credits include Executive Producer of Mind Set Go, Man vs Machine, Hanging Iron, Hail Mary (Citytv), The Rig (OLN), The Quon Dynasty (Citytv and OMNI) winner of the 2012 Alberta Film and Television Award for Best Documentary Series, and Family Restaurant (Food Network Canada), which garnered the 2009 Banff Rockie Grand Prize for Best Entertainment Program as well as the Rockie award for Best Lifestyle/Information Program.Margaret was Executive Producer of XWEIGHTED.COM, a companion website for the television series and winner of the 2010 nextMEDIA Digital Hot List competition. Additionally she produced X-Weighted Connect, a one-day live event in three cities and two 26-week cycles of an exciting and inspiring national weight loss challenge.Margaret’s passion for promoting Canadian talent and stories has led her to serve on Boards such as the CMPA-BC, B.C. Premier\'s Women\'s Economic Council, Alberta Motion Picture Industries Association, Alberta Economic Development Authority, and The Banff Center where she felt she could influence fiscal policies that ensure a stable and robust industry.
