With over 15 years of experience, I have a track record of driving impact in the global education sector. I possesses a deep understanding of education systems, market dynamics, edtech, and pedagogy, with which I advise institutions, NGOs, and companies on critical education issues. My expertise includes identifying trends, navigating solution landscapes, and fostering strategic partnerships to drive innovation and impact.At HolonIQ, I lead the Education Intelligence Unit, delivering data-driven insights about the global education industry. I co-led the development of HolonIQ’s signature tools and frameworks, including the Global Learning Landscape and Digital Transformation Frameworks.Prior to HolonIQ, I held leadership roles at ISTE, where I served as Director of Grant and Program Strategy, and at EdSurge as Director of Research. In these roles, I built grant strategies, led program development, and drove research initiatives focused on edtech, education markets, procurement, and innovation ecosystems. My earlier experiences as a school leader and educator provided me with unique insights into the challenges and opportunities within education systems. Prior to my career in education, I worked in university advancement and development and in data analysis and forecasting at Polo Ralph Lauren in Manhattan. Above all else, continuous improvement is my professional ethos, and I have learned to glean information from all experiences and use it as a tool for self-reflection and improvement.
