About Margaret Ehrhardt
My greatest asset is my commitment to learning and my ability to evolve through new experiences.I began my career working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through KidsPeace Intensive Behavioral Health Services, where I implemented ABA interventions in naturalistic settings to help build and reinforce socially meaningful skills. When the Covid‑19 pandemic emerged, I pivoted into Princeton University’s high‑throughput testing laboratory, contributing to large‑scale diagnostic efforts during a critical moment.Since then, I’ve built a broad foundation in pharmaceutical laboratory operations, spanning molecular biology, cell therapy manufacturing, and SIP fermentation. I’ve also developed strong technical writing and documentation skills, authoring reports, investigations, batch records, LIMS procedures, and change controls while working across GMP, GLP, and R&D environments.I’m grateful to contribute to Pfizer’s Early Bioprocess Development team and determined to continue expanding my expertise and establishing myself as an impactful and supportive leader in the pharmaceutical space. No matter the role, I remain deeply committed to professional growth, continuous learning, and continuous improvement and am interested in opportunities to pay it forward by supporting the professional development of others.
