About Margaret Batchelder
I never thought I\'d enjoy data analysis or building Excel spreadsheets, but after my internship on Bank of America\'s Data Management team, I stood corrected.That experience opened my eyes to how emerging technology, especially AI, is reshaping every field, and I\'ve been fascinated by its potential ever since. What excites me most isn\'t just the technology itself, but how it intersects with people and strategy to solve real problems.I\'m drawn to the full picture – understanding how organizations work, why people make the decisions they do, and how to build sustaining solutions. That\'s why I study both Human and Organizational Leadership Development and Media and Journalism because effective strategy requires understanding both systems and the people within them.Through my work with Heelprint Communications, I\'ve developed a love for client relations and getting to the root of the \"why.\" Through Young Life, I\'ve learned what it means to lead with mission and build genuine connections. And through my coursework and projects, I\'ve become increasingly fascinated by how AI and emerging technologies are transforming everything from operational efficiency to creative strategy.I thrive at the intersection of analytical problem-solving, creative thinking, and relationship building.
