About Margaret Rankovic

As Director of Content and Education at CITI Program, I manage developing new content and maintaining current content. I have experience designing proposals, working with vendors and consultants, managing contracts, formulating and executing budgets, managing teams, and meeting deadlines.     Supervise and oversee the development of new CITI content in research, clinical, and privacy related content areas, as well as the transition of existing CITI content into other media including audio-visual and micro-learning, to maintain CITI’s preeminence in the areas of research compliance training. Work with the CITI Program administration, advisory committees, and other members of the CITI Program departments in developing CITI’s curricular offerings and expansion of the CITI Program. Supervise and direct the day-to-day administration and operations of the research, clinical, and privacy content areas, the course leaders, consultants, and authors, as well as the development of communication materials associated with the CITI Program and these areas. Drive and oversee the effective and efficient implementation and tracking of course content upgrades, edits, and archiving. Maintain course content integrity on an ongoing basis, including the incorporation of applicable regulatory guidance as they become available. Facilitate the development of new CITI clients. Assist with maintaining CITI relationships with existing clients by providing support in the areas of new content incorporation, assessment of existing curricular offerings, and the development of institution-specific content linked to existing CITI content. Represent the CITI Program at professional and scholarly meetings.
