As CEO, she led the formation of the company through its IPO and through the first two acquisition transactions to grow the market capitalization to >5 B. Ms. Montana is a former senior executive at Shell Oil with extensive international and operational responsibility in the downstream and midstream sectors with emphasis on supply chain optimization and integrated market strategy, refining, pipeline and terminal operations, transport logistics, and health and safety.She has served as Chair of the American Petroleum Institute (API) Downstream Committee and led a study on Emergency Preparedness for the National Petroleum Council. She serves on the board of the Houston YMCA and the Board of Trustees for Missouri University of Science & Technology.
