ABOUT MARGARET HARRITT PATTERSON

I am a dedicated project manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently, I serve as the Director of Construction for Wingstop, where I focus on expanding our presence along the East Coast. Prior to this role, I was the Director of Development, where I honed my expertise across the real estate areas of commercial real estate.Throughout my career, I have successfully led program teams in various sectors of the automotive industry, collaborating with notable clients such as Volkswagen, Audi, Discount Tire, BJ’s Wholesale, and RaceTrac Petroleum.I began my journey as an engineering consultant for Walmart, acting as the owner’s representative during the design and development phases for Walmart stores. My project management experience includes coordinating schedules and resources with executive and senior management, addressing engineering and project challenges, reviewing budgets, and advocating for clients at public hearings. I negotiate project requirements and improvements during meetings with regulatory agencies while managing processes and developing strategies for improvement across internal departments.My engineering background encompasses site layout, grading, erosion control plans, quality control of engineering plans, project permitting with local, state, and federal agencies, and other site engineering tasks. I possess a comprehensive knowledge base of all areas of commercial real estate, enabling me to deliver effective solutions and drive successful project outcomes.
