I lead College Board’s Accommodations and Accessibility work, ensuring that students with disabilities can fully and equitably access assessments and digital products that shape their educational futures.As Executive Director of Accommodations & Accessibility, I oversee Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) and the Accessibility Compliance Office (ACO). Together, these teams review approximately accommodation requests each year and ensure that all College Board digital offerings are accessible and usable for individuals with visual, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.My work sits at the intersection of civil rights, operational excellence, and technology. I partner across product, engineering, and design teams to meet ADA, Section 504, and WCAG standards, modernize policies and processes, and responsibly use AI and data to improve efficiency, quality, and service.I lead large, multi-layered teams with a focus on high performance, inclusion, and clarity, and I serve as a trusted spokesperson and advisor to students, families, educators, states, and organizational leadership. Through this work, I’m proud to help advance College Board’s mission of clearing a path for all students to own their future.
