They might spend a lot of time staring at the phone or the send button … but be paralyzed and unable to get started. Exhausted from a culture that screams (and a board that insists) DO MORE WITH LESS MONEY! And then, when they do, screams, NOW: do even more with even less money! Knowing they love the mission and impact of their nonprofit or social impact work, but still feel burned out and overextended. They struggle to say no when people ask them for stuff.
