I moved back to the UK after almost 10 years in India and China and I now work as a Learning Operations Manager supporting our EY Tax practices across EMEIA.My previous role was with EY in India where I designed and ran a learning strategy across Tax professionals. My key interest areas are designing content based on key initiatives in learning theory and facilitating. In India I specialized in personal impact, communicating to influence and flexing to communicate across cultures and personal styles. I am licensed to teach the Think On Your Feet model of clarity,brevity and impact. I am also licensed on Disc and as an EY trainer. Overall I am passionate about delivering powerful learning experiences and I have proven success of establishing successful learning strategies and processes across the full cycle of learning.Previously I worked as a freelance management trainer in India. I have also worked in China where I taught Business English to corporate executives. Prior to my training career I worked for 20 years as an Executive, Manager and Director in the UK magazine industry.My specialist areas were marketing and publishing and I worked for three global companies: IPC Media ( Time Inc), Emap and Gruner +Jahr.
