ABOUT MARGARET CICHOSZ

I\'ve spent over a decade obsessing over one thing: putting the right people in the right roles and then building the kind of environment where they actually want to stay. My career has taken me from co-founding a startup to leading talent functions at some of the most exciting tech companies, including Thomson Reuters, 1Password, and Replicant. Along the way, I\'ve learned that great hiring is only half the equation. The other half is building the manager capability, culture, and people infrastructure that lets a company scale without losing its soul. At Replicant, I lead a talent strategy focused on high-growth hiring, manager excellence, and organizational health partnering closely with founders and executives to make sure our people decisions drive business outcomes, not just fill seats. What I genuinely love about this work is the human side of it. Every conversation with a candidate, every manager I coach, every team I help build matters. I still get a kick out of making a great match between a person and a role, whether that\'s an entry-level hire or a C-suite search.
