From her work in market & policy research at Coro Northern California’s Fellowship in Public Affairs, leadership and sales/marketing roles at Three Threes, and early stage and incubator experience from her past startup project, bentbox, she’s passionate about innovating and developing creative solutions to everyday & systemic problems. Advocating for spaces of joy and implementing sustainable strategies to support and uplift underserved communities who take on momentous work in the intersection of food, environment, and entrepreneurship motivates her to continue her work in these fields. She currently works at Venture Lab as an Associate Director, running the VIP Incubator and Retail Lab.

   Leading the VIP Incubator program, providing Penn students with the opportunity to develop and to receive feedback on their business ideas or startups. Developing the program strategy, planning program curriculum, preparing and managing program budget- Leading the development, program design and delivery, alumni merchandise showcase program, and space planning and development of one of Venture Lab\'s innovative learning labs, the Retail Lab - a space that serves as a teaching tool that showcases alumni ventures; gives students opportunity to test products, conduct customer and market research; host events, speakers and workshops in collaboration with other programs and centers.
