Margaret is proud to have become an owner and partner of Narrative Research in 2019 (formerly Corporate Research Associates), where she has worked since 2007. Since she has worked as a consultant, specializing in group facilitation, in-depth interviewing, marketing, and communications. She has wide-ranging cross-industry experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. As a seasoned moderator, she has conducted hundreds of focus groups and interviews to evaluate concepts, advertising and communications, determine website usability and gather customer feedback. Public opinion research is a passion of hers, and she regularly comments publicly on Narrative Research\'s national and regional research findings. Margaret’s curiosity has taken her to many stops around the world, but she has found a home in Halifax where she loves to volunteer to help make the city vibrant.
