I started my career in operations and project management, but eventually found my way to HR, which turned out to be a perfect blend of operational insight and people-first energy. My background in process improvement, supply chain, and customer service gave me a deep appreciation for how people and systems work together—and now I get to focus on the people part full-time.As an HR Manager, I care deeply about creating a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and genuinely enjoy showing up. I’m passionate about building a culture of growth, communication, and collaboration (with a little fun thrown in, too).
