After working for the company in Australia, Margaret joined the Colliers Vancouver office, focusing on the leasing and sales of office and retail properties in the Greater Vancouver area. Building on her expertise, Margaret uses her global connections to provide a unique perspective on best practices which assists in giving the best possible service experience for her clients.She has a strong understanding of business issues which, coupled with her background in property valuation, allows Margaret to bridge the gaps of her clients’ business concerns with real estate solutions. Her role includes developing new business, lease negotiation, providing lease analysis, marketing materials, project positioning analysis, market surveys, as well as property valuations.She is also actively involved on the Education and Outreach committee for the CREW Network.
