Responsible for: Managing projects: Development of SAP10.2/RdSAP 10 Project, FWTS and Green Deal projects, three workstream Conventions regular groups meetings for SAP/RdSAP (domestic), IoM ManxSAP project, ECO4 project for Ofgem. Planning, prioritising and allocating of work to ensure deadlines are achieved. Preparing bid proposals for new and extensions contracts on all my projects. Supporting the PCDB and Appendix Q registers team Plan and implement process improvements to make projects delivery more efficient. Maintain communication and share information at all levels to aid the progress of projects Major accomplishments include: Stablished a monthly reporting and invoicing process with clients (DESNZ, MHLCG, Ofgem), including a review and update of a backlog of invoicing and reporting. I created all the necessary documentation to manage each project mostly using Excel. Successfully secure extension contract, including being involved on the negotiation, financial preparation, SLA’s preparation and liaising with contract manager for final signature. Seeded the PCDB and Appendix Q, with planning and implementing strategies to improve manufacturers’ application processes on behalf of DESNZ Improved communication with the project’s clients and stablished work processes to ensure a good relationship. Helped to improve the various mailboxes and their query logs, including teaching junior consultants communication tips and processes to manage all these extremely busy mailboxes.
