About Maretta Dewitt
I am a passionate creator of user-centered educational experiences. Across various work, internships, undergraduate thesis, and a two year post-baccalaureate Teach for America experience in Detroit, I have built a variety of educational tools. These tools include lesson plans, learning management systems, educational videos, and interactive lessons for child and adult learning. I believe in the value of intermittent testing and data collection to drive instructional decisions. For this reason, I have managed and listened to students, families, and volunteers in my creation of all of my educational tools, inclusive of an adult Learning Management System built from scratch for an edutainment company in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
