At DreamBox I lead the HR Operations functions during a time of rapid growth & change, my core responsibilities include oversight of HR Systems, new hire onboarding, training, talent management, engagement, benefits & compensation programs to support the organizational growth and evolution. During my tenure the company has double in both revenue & employees base throughout the US. I played a key role during the pandemic with a remote first focused on employee safety. Myself & my small team is responsible for all employee related programs, benefits, compensation, compliance, employee engagement, HR system deployment, M&A Integration, people analytics and building management capabilities throughout the organization. In 2021 we acquired two companies and were part of a private equity transaction, so change is part of my DNA. DreamBox mission is to radically change the way the world learns
