Yet rapid success came at a cost. While pursuing an Executive MBA at ESCP, I grappled with burnout in 2023 that spiraled into depression until mid 2024. Though everything seemed lost, I found a blueprint for renewal. Completing my Executive MBA, I transformed setbacks into growth, refining the FENIX Framework - a mindset for reinvention in a BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible) world.
