I directly managed the buildup of the Marketing, Sales, and HR functions. Managing the full entrepreneurial lifecycle shaped my perspective on how to scale a business with speed, structural stability and resilience.My professional foundation is grounded in strategic, marketing/bus dev and financial mandates, including my time at Bain & Company and as Head of Business Development & Finance of Planet Sports, a PE-owned company. My former role as a Board Member at Westwing adds a governance and public-market perspective to my work at m2 partners.
