ABOUT MAREIKE HEESING
I focus on advice to national and international high-technology enterprises. In particular, I assist them with project contracts and on questions concerning compliance and export control with special expertise in the structuring of contracts for multinational procurement projects in the aviation and aerospace sector.Furthermore, I accompany national and international companies in foreign direct and indirect investment control proceedings with the German Federal Ministry of Economics (Bundeswirtschaftsministerium). I have been a lawyer at Oppenhoff & Partner since 2017. I studied law at Cologne University and at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris (LL.M.) with a focus on international commercial law. I also have the additional French qualification of Maîtrise en Droit.
