   Lead Leap’s Brand Experience team, managing a team of four (three direct reports) responsible for how brands are launched, scaled, and evolved across the platform - from contract signing through store closures. We partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences that drive performance, growth, and long-term brand partnerships.Our work spans five core pillars:1. Brand Onboarding:Own onboarding from contract signing through pre-open, including in-app experience, documentation, and escalation management.2. New Store Openings (NSOs): Drive planning, coordination, and execution to deliver on-time, on-scope store openings.3. Post-Open Enablement & Special Projects: Support brands through the first 90 days post-open with enablement, NPS insights, optimization, and growth initiatives.4.
