For over two decades, I’ve devoted my career to designing human-centered experiences that inspire awareness, well-being, and positive change. As a designer, illustrator, educator, and yoga teacher, my mission has always been the same: help people reconnect to their bodies, elevate their inner state, and imagine a more harmonious future.Today, that mission fuels the wellness venture I am building—a platform that blends mobility training, flexibility coaching, and holistic well-being tracking specifically designed for adults 50+. My goal is simple:Help people feel strong, radiant, and unlimited by age, travel, or stress. Why this mattersMillions of people over 50 experience stiffness, pain, limited mobility, and declining vitality—and most wellness apps ignore them. They don’t need extreme workouts or generic meditation audios.
