Over the last 20+ years at Brown and Caldwell, I\'ve truly immersed myself in the world of HR. What drove me? An entrepreneurial spirit, a sharp business sense, and an undeniable passion for helping both individuals and the business thrive. I\'ve proudly led, nurtured, and elevated numerous teams within HR. Moreover, my collaboration and leadership extended across our HR team, spanning corporate functions and business units. This widespread influence reached over 45 offices, touching brilliant minds across the U.S, Canada, and Guam.My career journey has been nothing short of transformative. From my position as a receptionist to building HR teams, defining the business partner role, and most recently as a Senior Director/VP of Employee Relations & Compliance functions, I have touched all aspects of HR and have become a trusted confidant to the leaders of the business.My colleagues know me as someone who\'s approachable yet professional, vibrant yet grounded.
