Marc Will is a transformation and corporate development executive at ROSEN Group - a global leader in asset integrity management.Marc works hand in hand with his colleagues in the Executive Management Board – and the strong ROSEN team around the world - to support ROSEN customers with their most critical business needs. He drives the value creation - supporting all transformation initiatives, strategy, and M&A.Marc was a Board member for other PE-backed companies and for one of the top 100 companies in the world (Fortune Global 100). He was responsible for the transformation efforts (business processes, digitalization, IT) in one of the company’s divisions in Europe. In addition, he was also responsible for strategy, BPO, and customer service.For 10+ years, Marc worked at one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms. He supported many clients, ranging from large multinationals to entrepreneur-run businesses and internet startups. His past clients come from more than 30 different industries, including industrial goods and services, high tech, transportation, telecommunications, retail, private equity, and financial services.Marc holds an MBA from Thunderbird, the world’s premier business school in international management - and is an AMP executive alumni from INSEAD. He lives with his wife and their two children in Munich.
