I am a quick learner, adept at swiftly adapting to diverse working environments. My professional journey, outlined in my resume, traces a trajectory from a regular employee in a security company to the position of General Manager, where I even succeeded the individual who initially hired me. Fueled by an insatiable hunger for knowledge, I consistently strive to surpass job requirements, delivering at 101% or more.Currently A+ Certified until 2025, I am actively planning to pursue both Security+ and Network+ certifications through CompTIA, alongside pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology and a Master\'s in IT Management. Though the sequence is yet to be determined, I am also immersing myself in the intricacies of Cloud-based platforms. My relatively nascent IT career allows me to approach tasks with a broad perspective, and I am open to recommendations for further specialization.My hands-on experience spans various operating systems - MacOS, Windows, and Linux. I\'ve successfully navigated challenges, from troubleshooting device and driver issues to addressing software incompatibilities and hardware malfunctions. With a knack for setting up pre-built PCs and tailoring systems for specific use cases, such as those of Video Editors, Gamers, and basic home users, I bring a holistic understanding of technology.While my familiarity with Command Prompts for Networking on Windows, Linux, and MacOS is moderate, I acknowledge room for improvement. My approach involves understanding their functions and applications, utilizing them effectively when needed, and recognizing when to seek additional guidance—a practical mindset in a world where many turn to online resources for solutions.Beyond the tech realm, I am laid back and find joy in playing video games across multiple platforms. Constructing and deconstructing computer hardware and systems is not just a professional endeavor but a personal passion.
