I build leaders and scale operations through change in complex, people-intensive environments.Across retail and property management, I’ve led operations ranging from single-site leadership to 22 units, with accountability for leader development, execution, and culture at scale. My experience includes directly leading remodels as a Remodel Executive, guiding teams through operational transformation, and leading large-scale change indirectly as a Property Manager across multiple locations.Currently, as a Store Director at Target, I lead 10 leaders and ~40 team members, with prior experience leading teams of 70+. In my first year in role, I’ve cut team member turnover in half, reduced absenteeism from 8%+ to under 5%, retained 100% of my leadership team, and strengthened succession through four internal promotions—three team members into team leader roles and one team leader into an executive team leader role.Earlier in my career at Target headquarters, I helped redefine my role and my team’s responsibilities to better support the enterprise needs of small-format Target stores, improving clarity, alignment, and scalable support during a period of growth. That experience continues to shape how I lead—aligning people, processes, and priorities so teams can execute consistently through change.My leadership style is people-first and performance-driven.
