Spearhead the promotion, marketing, and sale of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug plans, and other ancillary products via the development and launch of strategic sales and marketing campaigns, the strategic planning of marketing events, client engagement/education, and reporting. • Partner in setting the strategic direction of the market as well as coordinating the strategy and execution of the distribution channel to maximize enrollment potential. • Proactively identify potential members; design a plan to educate potential members on the health benefits and recommend plans tailored to each member’s needs and eligibility. • Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process, while serving as a subject matter expert for health insurance enrollments. • Maximize team marketing efforts in attaining new enrollments; consistently achieve 100% of goals, while complying with Federal CMS and state legal requirements and standards.
