Lead the implementation of HSE management system, processes, & programs in the Americas region in compliance with the requirements established by TechnipFMC, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and applicable regulatory requirements.~Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide expertise, guidance, and support for HSE compliance related requirements specific to sites in the Americas region.~Plan & conduct HSE internal audits/assessments (as Lead Auditor/Assessor) for sites in the region; including providing technical subject matter expertise to deploy relevant HSE compliance related programs/processes to sites.~Establish training program/materials and provide expertise & training for HSE compliance related programs (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA EPA compliance, regulatory requirements, etc.) to sites.~Analyze & evaluate HSE management system & compliance related metrics/data, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with GBU teams to develop improvement actions.~Provide HSE expertise and support to sites that have no local HSE personnel to ensure safe operation and prevent business interruption.~Lead HSE risk assessments for site commission/decommission operations in partnership with Local HSE and/or Facility teams.~Provide expertise, guidance, & support to HSE external audits (e.g. compliance, certification, customer, and supplier audits).~Utilize my expertise knowledge & experience to develop & implement effective HSE management systems, processes & programs for compliance/regulatory requirements in the regional workplaces.
