My role is centered around delivering top-tier support and ensuring the smooth execution of key processes to maintain customer satisfaction and optimal team performance.I leverage data-driven insights through dashboards to ensure our Service Requests (SRs) and Swarming requests are handled promptly, keeping a close eye on backlog and aging tasks to prevent any delays. Regular meetings with my teams are a cornerstone of my approach, where we review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we’re on track to meet our targets.A crucial aspect of my role is fostering strong relationships with R&D Product Owners, collaborating to stay ahead of product releases and anticipating challenges before they arise. By presenting challenges proactively and suggesting solutions, I help streamline processes and ensure the team is ready for any new developments.I’m committed to the continuous growth of my team, reviewing and refining both their training and career-growth plans to ensure they’re supported and progressing in their careers.
