I co-created our Priorities in Practice training programme designed for senior leaders to improve their whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. I take the lead on training, coaching and supporting senior leaders in alternative provision and special schools. I am responsible for managing the internal quality assurance and work with the DfE who undertake external quality assurance, monitoring and deep dives. Recruiting other specialists and trainers who meet DfE requirements to deliver Senior Mental Health Lead training.
