I am an experienced advisor in the PwC Deals Tax team focussed on M&A, private equity and credit transactions. I have advised fund and corporate clients on a wide range of international transactions. This has included complex buy out and carve out deals, cross border mergers, refinancings and restructuring projects. I have advised on deals all over the globe spanning a diverse range of industries including retail, media, business services, industrial products, financial services, real estate and technology. I am passionate about delivering success for my clients and colleagues. I am recognised for my ability to lead and deliver advice on complex matters in a very short time frame and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to make this happen.
