I started my career working in schools and children\'s services where I found my passion for supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs but every day I saw firsthand just how often they would slip through the cracks, how their needs weren’t met or how they were simply forgotten. What was clear to me was how much more of an impact professionals could have if the training opportunities they had access to (and invested so much time in attending) actually made a difference! My commitment is that no child ever gets missed, anywhere and I truly believe in the power of one person to change a child’s life forever. I am committed to making a difference, I enjoy challenging \"the way we\'ve always done things\" and going beyond what we ever thought was possible for our children!
