Thank you for viewing my profile I hope all is well. 2019 I finished my graduation requirements for my Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration with the emphasis of Management in Organizations For the last 9 years I have been employed in a variety of customer facing roles with a spectrum ranging from fast food to luxury hospitality. Within these roles I was fortunate enough to earn a departmental lead positions which allowed me to develop skills pertinent to leadership, communication, project management, team management, collaboration and EQ. Currently I am employed in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in the human resources capacity. My area of focus is within benefits, diversity, training, development and HRIS.
