What’s the one thing that’s never changed in 30 years of working in tech? For me, it’s this: I’ve always been driven by a deep curiosity, not just about systems and software, but about people, progress, and how to make things work smarter. That curiosity has fueled my career, from my early days troubleshooting in server rooms to leading large-scale tech initiatives that help organizations solve real problems. Today, I work with ThriveWell Tech, where I help healthcare and senior living communities cut through complexity and use technology to operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and improve lives. I believe the best tech is human centered, thoughtfully applied, and tied to a clear outcome. Whether I’m advising executive teams, mentoring rising leaders, or building strategies from the ground up, I’m always asking: Does this make things better?
