As a partner and global director at Caldwell, I lead the corporate practice, providing strategic advice to clients on complex transactions and regulatory matters. With over 11 years of experience as an M&A lawyer in Munich, London and Japan at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, I have developed a strong expertise in tech-driven cross-border deals, private equity, and venture capital.
