I lead our national technical accounting advisory practice. Our Accounting Consulting Team (ACT) is a specialized group of professionals helping our clients navigate complex transactions and technical accounting matters. The team consists of dedicated professionals with extensive U.S. GAAP experience, accounting for complex transactions, and implementation of new accounting standards. Our client service approach is comprehensive, focusing on delivering practical technical accounting advisory solutions combined with industry insights tailored to meet your accounting and financial reporting needs. Our team collaborates seamlessly with our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice to provide end-to-end support for our clients.We offer a range of services, including assistance with accounting policy development, implementation of new accounting standards, and technical accounting position paper preparation.Areas of focus include but are not limited to revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, divestitures, income taxes, equity compensation, complex debt and equity arrangements, long-lived asset impairment assessments, goodwill impairment assessments, segment reporting, and foreign currency matters.
