As an ADM in Vistry Group, I support property developments in the London Region within a market-leading UK Developer, across a variety of disciplines including legal, planning, feasibility, financial, sustainability and social value. Currently, my focus is on large mixed-tenure residential projects in central areas, encompassing affordable, BTR, private sale and shared equity, as well as delivering community resources such as communal spaces, places of worship and community buildings. These projects involve a variety of stakeholders, including local government, local community liaisons, national government (e.g. GLA), external consultants, PRS Providers and RPs both private/public.My main responsibilities include- Contract Administration (JCT, Development Agreement, Build Contract, PCSA etc.)- Planning Condition Discharge (E.g. BNG, Social Value)/ Section Agreements (e.g. S106)- Programming / Feasibility - Financial Appraisals (Budget Management, Cost/Cashflow, CVR)- Consolidating / Communicating actions across a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external architects/technical/legal/planning/land/programme/construction/development stakeholders to ensure project success and achieve business objectives within strict deadlines.
