About Marcus Spina
As an early career civil engineer, I am focused on growing my expertise in site design and project management. I have contributed to a diverse range of infrastructure and land development projects at various stages of design and construction.My experience includes roadway design; from short-span bridge replacements to large scale highway realignments, as well as comprehensive site design and grading. I’ve worked on oil and gas well pad sites, coordinated full site designs for municipal projects, and supported high profile efforts such as the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and the Southern Border Wall along the Rio Grande River.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an Associate of Arts in History from West Virginia University. During my time at WVU, I actively participated in outreach and volunteer work through the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Steel Bridge Team.
