ABOUT MARCUS SIZIBA

I am a Computer Science graduate with a passion for bridging the gap between technology and user experience. My academic background in AI, machine learning, big data, and human-computer interaction (HCI) has given me a solid foundation in building data-driven, user-centric solutions. What drives me is the challenge of applying technical solutions to real-world problems, whether that’s analyzing complex data sets, creating intuitive user interfaces, or developing innovative applications.For example, in a team project, I helped design a learning app that incorporated gamification and user feedback to drive behavioral change, with measurable success in user engagement. Technically, I’m proficient in Python,HTML,Java,CSS and have hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, UX design, and prototyping. I’m driven by a desire to create solutions that are both functional and intuitive, ensuring that the end product aligns with user needs and expectations. Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active and creative. I regularly take part in park runs, and I’m currently focused on improving my 5k time. I also enjoy swimming, tennis, and photography, with an online portfolio showcasing my nature shots. These hobbies help me maintain a balanced perspective and fuel my creativity—something I bring into my work as well.
