Currently working as the Global Education Content and Delivery Manager at Merative Curam, where I develop new technical training, deliver advanced technical training and drive increased uptake of enablement programs. The audience for our training consists of staff, partners and customers seeking to maximise their investment in the powerful Curam platform.Prior to Merative Curam, I worked at AppDynamics, the leading DevOps Application Performance Monitoring software company, building and delivering training solutions for clients and partners on how to use the monitoring platform and toolset. This role ranged in responsibility from managing the flow of business, across guiding multi billion dollar customers to the right bespoke training program, and guiding the strategic direction of the entire learning portfolio.I also have many years of enterprise software training delivery experience before the AppDynamics role.
