Life insurance professional with successful experience in managing a regulated sales team, proposition development and working with advisers from various channels. I have expertise in business and proposition development, sales management and implementation of distribution strategies with internal and external partners. I was recruited to LV= in early 2015 to lead the successful development and distribution of a new business protection proposition, following this in December 2016 I was appointed as the Senior Manager for the LV= Direct Protection business. In December 2017 I returned to the role of Business Protection Manager with additional responsibility for managed the relationships between LV= and various aggregator partners. In January 2021 I was appointed as a National Account Manager whilst retaining my Business Protection responsibilities.
