Provide telephone training and coaching services to managers in remote locations, and travel quarterly to remote sites. Educate managers on areas to maximize resources and improve operational effectiveness, eliminating redundancies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes across new business development and client retention. Accomplishments: Hired 15 new management-level staff of which 11 have been groomed and are now excelling in higher-level roles.Sales Manager (June 1998-Oct. 2008) Led a team of up 15 sales agents selling up to seven different personal insurance product lines. Managed as many as four classes of 80 counselors in training at one time.
