I’m a consultant with a strong execution mindset, currently focused on high-impact roles in Toronto at the intersection of strategy, operations, and value chain.My profile sits at the crossroads of rigorous academic training and hands-on consulting experience. I hold an LL.M. from McGill University and an MSc in Management (Strategic Management & Leadership), complemented by practical experience in Operations M&A and management consulting. This combination allows me to approach business problems with both structured thinking and a sharp sense for real-world feasibility.During my time as a Consultant in Operations M&A & Management Consulting at Grant Thornton in Frankfurt, I worked on complex transformation and integration topics, including:• Digital implementation of a global travel-expense solution across multiple regions• Post-carve-out process redesign and HR operations optimization• Data-driven analysis of cost drivers to support decision-making and value realizationAcross projects, I was trusted to operate independently, structure ambiguous problems, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.I bring a strong analytical toolkit (financial analysis, process improvement, value chain thinking) and actively build capabilities in data analytics, visualization, and project management to increase efficiency and decision quality.
