Marcus has nearly 20 years of experience in education - primary, secondary and higher education. He has experience with program design, execution & evaluation; service delivery; area/department management; working one-on-one with students, faculty/staff and parents; crisis management; developing and managing complex teams; leadership development; facility management; pre-college and collegiate level classroom instruction experience; policy & procedure development; revenue generation, etc.His wide range of experiences, ability to lead responsibly, think creatively and positively impact his environments have afforded him opportunities to serve in various capacities and participate in a plethora of projects at the institutions he has served at, including in Lacoste, France in a interim capacity as the Campus Director for the Savannah College of Art and Designs residential study abroad location. While at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Marcus has continued to expanded his breath of experience - to include management of the Institutes student, faculty and staff mail services operations, project management, facility management, facility renovation and construction of both small and large capital projects. Marcus is an intelligent, creative, trusted, capable, passionate, and highly-skilled leader. He is focused on improving and positively impacting the spaces he has the opportunity to serve in.
