I specialise in: • Bespoke SIPP & SSAS Pensions (G60 qualified) including buying commercial property, unquoted shares, loan backs to companies.• Inheritance Tax mitigation in conjunction with Private Client Departments of several solicitor practices.• Being an expert witness to the Courts and solicitors on Pensions & Divorce (pension splitting and sharing orders)• Investment Portfolios• Trustee InvestmentI work closely with solicitors to:• Advise trustees on investment portfolios for all types of trusts including Will, Discretionary, A&M and Vulnerable Persons.
