Since joining Practicus, I’ve developed a strong commitment to a quality-first, candidate-centric approach. I focus on building long-term partnerships, supporting individuals not just in securing their next appointment, but in identifying opportunities that genuinely align with their goals, values, and aspirations I joined Practicus after taking time out from higher education and the professional world to travel across New Zealand before relocating from the North to Bristol. That experience ultimately led me to take the plunge into world of recruitment. Outside of work, the travel bug is still very much alive.
